Custom Assemblies
One innovative solution Tri-Phase offers lowers our customers' cost of purchasing and ownership of motors and mechanical components by providing engineered custom assemblies. Typically starting with a motor or mechanical component, additional functionality is designed by our engineering staff to create an assembly which can be virtually dropped into a machine or application without further modification.
Lowering Costs
The overall cost to purchase an assembly is lower when Tri-Phase Automation's efficiencies and expertise are considered. For instance, purchasing, handling and inventory costs are lower because only one part number has to be ordered instead of ten or more. Internal quality control costs and shipping costs are reduced as the parts count is reduced. Also, scrap and shrinkage tend to go down when assembly work is done by Tri-Phase and brought in as a package. Since we are also an authorized distributor or rep for many of the components used in a custom sub-assembly, our component costs tend to be lower and are frequently in stock.
